"Breakfast for Today" was an oven-baked Fiesta Omelet with salsa, black beans and a blend of cheeses, served with a side of world-famous herb potatoes by Michael. Our pastry of the day - a peach and mixed berry cobbler, topped with a dollop of perfectly whipped Chantilly cream.
