Each day your Fox Hollow breakfast will start with a fresh fruit cup.
We select the freshest seasonal fruits and add just a touch of one of our special light fruit toppings which change daily.
Oven-Puffed Pancake with Fresh Fruit Topping - A beautiful puffy pancake filled with berries, kiwi, bananas and lightly drizzled with an orange glaze.
Ham and Cheese Roulade - A thin oven baked omelet sprinkled with super lean ham and a mixture of cheeses, rolled, sliced and presented with Michael’s Herbed Potatoes and a fresh vegetable garnish. This entree is served with a fresh baked pastry of the day.
Oven-Baked Fiesta Omelet - A layered omelet with medium hot tomato salsa, black beans, parmesan and cheddar cheeses all topped with beaten eggs and then oven baked. Served with sides of sour cream, salsa, Michael’s herbed potatoes and pastry of the day.
Apple-Cinnamon French Toast - This oven baked French toast is layered with tart Granny Smith apples mixed with a brown sugar sauce and served with a dab of Michael’s perfectly whipped cream and fresh fruit garnish.
Available Daily: Cold Cereals, Granola & Oatmeal: served with yogurt or milk , regular or decaf coffee, a selection of teas, milk, orange juice, fresh fruit & toast.
Fox Hollow Bed and Bistro Package
For a limited time (through 5/28), Fox Hollow will be offering our Bed and Bistro Dinner. Add a gourmet dinner party to your reservation. Dinner might be for the two of you, a group of friends or meeting new friends.
The Bed and Bistro Dinner for two to eight guests includes:
- A pre-dinner appetizer and a gourmet dinner followed with a decadent dessert
- An overnight stay and one of our signature breakfasts the following morning
- The price is $40 per person plus the price of the room.
Appetizer Selections:
- Cream Cheese Veggie Bites
- Artichoke Baguettes
- Tuscan Dip served with Breadsticks and assorted crackers
- Bruschetta with an array of tapenades and spreads.
Entree Selections:
- Zinfandel Braised Short Ribs served over pasta and a vegetable side
- Peppered Beef with whipped Mustard Butter served with rice, pasta or potato
- Roast Cornish Hens with mixed herbs and lemon served over Capellini with bell peppers and snow peas
- Chicken Manicotti with Chive Cream Sauce
- Pork Medallions with Mushrooms and Rosemary served over pasta
- Mushroom Sauced Pork served over pasta with a vegetable side
- Pesto Primavera
- Fettuccini Alfredo
- Vegetable Lo Mein
Desserts:
- White Chocolate Mousse with Cocoa Meringues
- Dutch Apple Cheese Cake with Caramel Sauce and Pecans
- Chocolate-Raspberry Mousse Cake
- Poached Pears with White Chocolate Sauce
All other dates are open through May 28th, and the first reservation for the Bistro dinner package will choose the menu for that date. Coffee and tea are included. Anyone wishing to enjoy a bottle of wine or cocktail, please feel free to bring your own. Please call for more information and to reserve your spot.

A special attraction of Fox Hollow Bed and Breakfast is our collection of original, contemporary and western art from Cason Gallery, owned by Nancy’s parents and formerly located in historic Helena, Montana. Our Bozeman gallery features Montana artists such as William Jasper & King Kuka and internationally known artists, Americo & Eva Makk, Dan McCaw and Don Brown. All of the art you see on the walls is available for purchase.
