One King bed suite, one queen bed suite, two suites with queen bed and bunk beds, one pull out queen couch in sitting room. 12 guests on beds with and an additional 2 guests when utilizing the queen pull out sofa. We also can provide a set of small travel sleeping cots that are fun for extra little one. We recommend these for children under 8 years of age.
